Ricky El-Qasem from Manchester is a mostly unknown DJ cutting his teeth in the 90s. Ricky took a break from partying and DJing to pursue family and work. Fast forward to 2014, Ricky decided to start DJing again but wanted a Digital setup, so he discovered Traktor DJ. Fast forward again to 2022, Ricky rekindled his interest in the music software he'd been playing with in the late 90s and started producing Electonic music consisting of genres like Techno, House, Acid and Breakbeat using the pseudonym Dark Utopia.
